ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 and 3, to survey his land and fix boundaries.

2. The petitioner appears to have made an online application to the second respondent and had also paid for a sum of Rs.800/- on 22.10.2024.

3. However, Mr. B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, would submit that the online application would have to be made to the third respondent Tahsildhar.

In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application seeking survey and after paying the requisite fee for the same, make an online application to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The third respondent thereafter consider and pass orders on the said survey application within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 06.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No LS TO:-
