ORDER

The present revision has been filed by a third party to the execution proceedings seeking to quash the execution proceedings with an application to grant leave of this Court to file the civil revision petition.

2. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner points out that the present revision petitioner has already filed an application under Order 21 Rule 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the Executing Court. The revision petitioner is permitted to raise all the pleas before the said Court.

2. Granting such liberty, the application seeking leave to file civil revision petition is closed, as no further orders are called for in the revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
