ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.321 of 2013, on the file of the second respondent transferring the same to the third respondent and consequently to direct the third respondent to investigate the case.

'action dropped' on 30.05.2014, based on the compromise entered between both parties.
