ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the husband of an employee, who had passed away on 06.02.2021 while working in the respondent Transport Corporation. Since Surrender Leave Salary has not been paid, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for disbursement of the said Surrender Leave Salary along with the interest of 6% per annum.

2. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to disburse the eligible Surrender Leave Salary to the writ petitioner along with 6% interest, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
