ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19175 of 2019 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief. 4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
