PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2022.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School in the year 1987 and it was a Management School, for which, direct payment was ordered. However, the petitioner till date continued her employment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School and

her pay was not revised and bonus and other benefits are not settled in favour the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 22.11.2022, till date no order was passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned counsel for appearing the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time limit.

4. Since no adverse order is passed as against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
