PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the petitioner's original title deed in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Plot No.9, Roja Nagar, NGO 'B' Colony Extn, Survey No.832/1 part and 832/2 part Kulvanigapuram Village, Tirunelveli which has been given while availing house loan account No.33815048024 from the respondent's bank forthwith, more particularly within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the petitioner's original title deed in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Plot No.9, Roja Nagar, NGO 'B' Colony Extn, Survey No.832/1 part and 832/2 part Kulvanigapuram Village, Tirunelveli.

2.Today(19.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
