ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus for a direction to the respondents to register the memorandum of deposit of title deeds produced by the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the property which is sought to be registered belongs to the Wakf Board and there is objection raised by the Wakf Board.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
