[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent had passed an order, on 29.11.2019, directing the Highways Department to remove the Aavin Parlour.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would challenge the order, dated 29.11.2019, passed by the first respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of one week.

3. Since the petitioner has to challenge the order, dated 29.11.2019, passed by the first respondent, the present writ petition is liable to be closed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 29.11.2019, passed by the first respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
