Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned First Information Report in Crime No.320 of 2022, dated 19.08.2022 on the file of the Respondent Police under section 147, 447, 294(b),323, 427, 506(2) and 109 IPC and quash the same as illegal in so far as this petitioner / accused No.1 is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report is also made ready on 25.11.2022 that will be produced before the concerned Court in short time.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives in the petition for further consideration and the petitioner can work out his remedy, if aggrieved by the contents of the Final Report, in accordance with law.

4. The first respondent is directed to produce the above said Final Report before the concerned Court within a week from the date of receipt 2/4

of copy of the order, if it is filed, then the concerned Court may take it on file within the stipulated time as per rules. 5.In the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
