2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu went missing since 06.11.2024. In this background, this Habeas Corpus petition came to be filed.

3. The detenu has been produced before us by the second respondent. We are satisfied that the detenu who is a major has married the third respondent on her own accord. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus petition stands disposed of. No costs. (G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) & (R.
