O R D E R

After submitting an application for a survey and remitting requisite fee, the present Writ Petition has been filed for a direction for the conduct of the survey.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on patta No.2791 in the name of the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has title documents in relation to the property.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that owners of the neighbouring lands have raised objections when the respondents attempted to survey the lands earlier.

4. On the basis of the documents produced by the petitioner, a case is made out for consideration of the petitioner's request for a survey.

5. Accordingly, respondents are directed to act on the petitioner's 2/4

application for survey after putting the petitioner and the owner of the neighbouring lands on notice. Entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the revenue officials may seek assistance of the jurisdictional police.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
