The limited grievance of the petitioner is that a survey is proposed to be conducted on land over which the petitioner asserts title without putting the petitioner on notice in respect thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents. On instructions, he submits that such survey is pursuant to an order issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3. Given the nature of relief claimed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to put the petitioner on notice before conducting the survey.
