The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the petitioner and his family were ex-communicated from the village and therefore he submitted a representation to the Tahsildar, Kulithalai, who has also initiated enquiry by his order dated 29.05.2017, but it is not concluded so far.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that on 06.09.2017 the respondents have conducted peace committee meeting and in that peace committee meeting the differences between the petitioner and the villagers were amicably settled. 2/4
