However, due to the pendency of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer the said H.M.O.P., the trial Court has not given permission to withdraw the petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
