2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18811 of 2022, dated 20.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
