For Petitioner : Mr.M.Kannan For R1 & R2 : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This writ petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the petitioner's right to carry out his occupation of Photography at Arichalmunai, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that so far no complaint has been received against the petitioner from any person. Only a representation was made by the petitioner stating that he is prevented by his Association President and others from doing his profession, on that ground, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the third respondent President appeared and gave a statement that the petitioner is not a member of the Association. On that basis, the above said representation was closed. He further submitted that so far no such prohibition is made by the second respondent herein.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner has any issue with the Association, he can workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
