Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given a representation against the third respondent before the first respondent. The first respondent has directed the second respondent to hold an enquiry into the petitioner's complaint. Since it was not complied with, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I wanted to know the real grievance of the writ petitioner. It appears that the petitioner presented a document for registration to the third respondent. According to the petitioner, while the third respondent fixed the higher guideline value for him, he adopted a different approach in the case of two other persons.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents rebuts this allegation. According to him, even the documents referred to by the writ petitioner had been referred under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act. According to him, the petitioner has not at all been discriminated.

5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. If the writ petition is still having any grievance regarding the guideline value or fixation of Stamp duty, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. No costs.
