2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.20 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC, against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed through e.filing No.16 of 2023, on 29.03.2023.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the committal Court, to process the final report, within the time stipulated as per Rules. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
