Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected to the order dated 29.07.2013 in Na.Ka.No. 15407-2013-rp3 passed by 2nd respondent, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to pay eight months arrears of pension from June 2012 to January 2013 to the petitioner within the period to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

On instruction, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the death certificate of the petitioner. The same indicates that the petitioner died as early as on 12.01.2019.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
