ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader brought to my notice that the objection petition was given by the petitioner's brother / R.Ganapathy.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2022 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will hear the petitioner's brother / R.Ganapathy and other interested persons if any before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
