ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1370 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the registration of the case, the respondents have not arrested the accused and thereby, he filed a petition seeking to transfer the investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the respondents have done investigation in a proper manner and that the accused one Seenisikkanthar was arrested on 22.01.2020 and he is now in judicial custody. Crl.O.P.[MD].No.19412 of 2019 investigation is going on in a proper manner. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.
