2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibit Act, in Crime No.1146 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
