ORDER

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this matter is retransmitted back to the Trial Court with a direction to complete the trial process within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

19.09.2025 pal electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
