ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the 2 Respondents to conduct an inquiry, as per the circular over the registration of 5 documents namely 1) Doc. No. 2385/2001 dated 25.02.2001; 2) Doc. No. 4096/2007 dated 09.04.2007; 3)Doc. No. 1285/2009 dated 16.02.2009; 4)12171/2011 dated 20.10.2011 and 5)Doc. No. 1558/2019 dated 12.02.2019 was registered by the 3rd respondent and consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2023.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
