ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and grant patta for the land comprised in Survey No.140, Idaiseval Village, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2017 on the Grievance Day (Jama Pandhi) within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2017 has already been rejected on 04.07.2017. If that be the case, the relief sought for in this writ petition does not survive at all. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the order dated 04.07.2017 to the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, if it is advised to do so. If the copy has already been furnished, the petitioner will have to explain the delay/latches for not seeking the relief in any of the forum including this Court for the last several years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
