ORDER
The petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents seeking for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' to run Ayurveda Massage Centre in the name and style of Himalaya Unisex Ayurveda Massage Centre. Since the same has not been considered, the present petition is filed.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is running a business under the name and style of Himalaya Unisex Ayurveda Massage Centre at S.N.M.R.Rasi Plaza Complex, No.63, 3rd Floor, West Pradhanshanam Road, Karur-1. The second respondent often came to the petitioner's centre and insisted her to show NO Object Certificate. Hence, the petitioner made an application in this regard on 30.10.2024, however, no action has been taken so far. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in the Government 2/5
notification No.SRO-C-2/2019, certain regulations are laid down. Further, the Deputy General of Police had issued circular in Rc.NO. 304699/Crime-I(1)/2019, dated 22.01.2022, wherein instructions have been given to the Superintendents of Police, Commissioners of Police in Cities/Districts. Following the same, the petitioner's application for No Objection Certificate would be processed.
4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
