file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Pauldurai aged about 24 years son of Mani, now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.8514, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 19.12.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
