ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "forbearing the respondents or their men or agent or any other person claiming under them from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property, comprised in S.No.110/1A, situated at Kattakulam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District except under due process of law."

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader informed that 2C patta has been cancelled on 27.07.2020 and the same has not been challenged.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as the remedy is to challenge the order dated 27.02.2020. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
