ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Special Grade Tradesman seeking a Mandamus to the respondent authorities for payment of Surrender Leave Salary of Rs.2,98,872/- for 135 days along with 6% interest.

2. According to the writ petitioner, he retired from service on 30.11.2022. However, his Surrender Leave Salary has not been paid to him. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to disburse the Surrender Leave Salary to the writ petitioner along with 6% interest from the date of his retirement till the date of actual payment, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
