PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the patta transfer in Mutation patta with reference No.2025/0103/23/248702TR dated 25.03.2025 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore patta No.353, Survey No.94/5A2, measuring 01.65 acres, in favour of 1/4

ORDER
The patta transfer order dated 25.03.2025 is challenged by the petitioner by relying on the assignment patta and natham patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in the relevant property for a considerable period of time.

He points out that the petitioner had submitted a representation to the official respondents and that the District Collector has forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer for necessary action. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three months.
4. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 5th respondent in this writ petition. 2/4
Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal against order dated 25.03.2025 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
