Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent.
2.She was a Director in the fifth respondent Society. According to her, the sixth respondent had committed certain serious irregularities. The petitioner had given complaints in this regard. The details are set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.
3.All that the petitioner wants is that the fourth respondent should take a decision in the matter. Though notice was issued to the sixth respondent, the sixth respondent refused to receive the same.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader states that the fourth respondent had also called upon the sixth respondent to offer his comments on the petitioner's complaint.
5.The fourth respondent will dispose of the petitioner's petition mentioned complaints on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The defences of the sixth respondent are left open. The fact that the writ petition has been disposed of will not in any way prejudice the defence of the sixth respondent. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
