The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the charge memo has been challenged in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.26985 of 2019 present writ petition and during the pendency of the writ proceedings, the departmental disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of dismissal from service. The petitioner preferred an appeal against the said order of punishment. This being the factum, the cause did not exist and the writ petition stands dismissed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
