ORDER

This petition has been filed to forbear the the fourth respondent in any way insisting the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession and execute the sale deed in respect of properties in Survey Nos.37/1, 115/2A, 119/2, 742, 743, 744, 745, 746, 747, 748, 749, 750, 751, 752/2 and 932 in Velayuthapuram Village to the fifth respondent and consequently, to restrain the fourth respondent police from interfering with the civil dispute at the instance of the fifth respondent.

2.As per the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no complaint has been received against the petitioner from any one. So, the question of harassment does not arise.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. But, however, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition is closed. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy as per law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
