PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2019.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has sent complaint as early as on 02.08.2019 by post to the Superintendent of Police and on the reference enquiry was conducted by the second respondent in C.No.G6/16923/1123/9NRC /801/I/SDOP/KRR/2019/17/CO/Current/GEN/KRR/19.Despite several notice sent to the petitioner he has not appeared for enquiry, thereby the respondent has closed the complaint and if the petitioner sends a fresh representation due enquiry will be conducted and suitable action will be taken.
