Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.ARUN JENIFER, Advocate M/S.KBS LAW OFFICE, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petition have been filed to modify the condition no.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.16951 & 16946 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.71 of 2023 before the trial Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the offence committed by the petitioners this Court has imposed the said condition and this Court find no reason to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.
