3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to be deposited in Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai (Current A/C.No.7087208431 IFSC.No.IDIDI1000H040), for the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund.
