The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No. 49 of 2025 pending before the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, at Nagercoil, against the petitioner/Accused No.11. 2.The points raised by the petitioner are factual in nature and cannot be entertained in this quash petition.

3.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions before the trial Court.
