2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19827 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. In the event of holiday,, the petitioner shall appear on the next working day.
