ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 333 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent. Though notice has been served on the first respondent, none appeared on her behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the second respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 333 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, 2/3
