Contemnor/first respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.17748 of 2018, dated 10.08.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with by removing the enacroachment in the subject-matter property and has also produced a communication of the Block Development Officer(East Taluk), Kottampatti Panchayat Union,dated 14.12.2022 addressed to the Government Pleader of this Court, to that effect. 3.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
