ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks license for starting SPA establishment in the name and style of "TULA'S SALON AND SPA" in the petition mentioned address. The petitioner has already given an application to all the three respondents. The second respondent is directed to act upon the petitioner's representation and take a decision with regard to granting No Objection Certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such No Objection Certificate is given, the same shall be submitted by the petitioner before the first respondent. The first respondent on receipt of the same and verifying all other requirements shall take a decision with regard to granting license to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. Based on the decision of the first respondent, the petitioner shall move the third respondent. The third respondent thereafter consider the petitioner's request and take a call in the matter within a period of three weeks 2/4
