..Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.3837/2012/C1 dated 26.03.2012 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the respondent herein in Proceedings No.C1/3837/12, dated 30.03.2012, quash the same and further direct the respondent herein to sanction and disburse forthwith the pension and other retiral benefits with arrears and appropriate interest from onwards to the petitioner.
