Heard Mr. R.Suriyanarayanan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mr. T.Villavankothai, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to approve the Petitioner as a tenant in the subject site, ad measuring 340 sq.ft. in T.S.No.62 in Chinnamanur Municipality, by considering the representation dated 05.09.2022 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.277, Tamil 2/5

When it is pointed out that the copy of G.O.Ms.No.277 has not included in the typed-set filed in this Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a fresh Writ Petition along with the copy of the said Government Order.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
