Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent Na.Ka.No.Pa. 1/52754/2020 dated 01.12.2022 and quash the same as illegal and erroneous and may consequently direct the respondents to reconvey the land owned by the petitioner, situated in Sy.No.24/1 Panayamkulam Village to the extent of 1 acre 20 cents, which is part of the property in the land acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents in the year 1997 under the Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 1978.
