PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.2945, dated 19.10.1965 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 9 to take suitable action to remove the entire unauthorized pipe line laid on the River Bed of the Thamiraparani bearing Survey No.165, Ananthakrishnapuram Village, Sankar Nagar, Thalaiyuthu, Tirunelveli District, made by the tenth respondent.
