ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned condition No.4 in the Recruitment order passed by the respondent vide his proceedings in No. Pa.A / 880/2017/B5, dated 31.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to release the gratuity and other monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition the respondent has passed the final order in the said impugned proceeding. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to petitioner to challenge the above said order, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
