RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner granting Anticipatory Bail to her in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15230/2022 dated 27.10.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MURUGAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15230 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15230 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 05:30 p.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
