This Writ Petition is filed to quash the disqualification slip issued in C.No.D2/5297/2019 dated 11.12.2019 by the second respondent in connection with the Common Recruitment for the post of Grade-II Police Constables, Grade-II Jail Warders and Fireman-2019. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's height is 166.7 cms., which has been rounded to 166.5. When the petitioner's height reads as 166.5 cms., he cannot claim the benefit of G.O.(Ms). No.60, Home (Pol.IX) Department, dated 20.01.2015. As per G.O.(Ms). W.P.(MD) No.27282 of 2019 is 169.3, 169.4, 169.5, 169.6 and 169.7 cms., the same will be recorded as 169.5.
