ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 296, 126(2), 118(1), 109 and 351(3) of BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) in Crime No.75 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 06.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14955 of 2024, on considering the fact there were previous antecedents against the petitioner. 3.This Court does not find any change in circumstances for entertaining the present petition. The release of A1 to A4 on bail after they were arrested cannot be considered to be change in circumstances insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 4.In the result, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. sd/- 14/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
